What we do
Mat Luc Group prints and ships physical products for independent online shops. This page covers the use of our ordering system — the site you are on — by the shops we work with and the people they authorise.
Who may use it
Accounts are issued by us, by invitation. A shop owner may invite designers to send artwork for their own shops. Accounts are personal: they are not to be shared, and the person holding one is responsible for what is done with it.
Connecting an Etsy shop
A shop owner connects their own shop through Etsy’s authorisation screen and may disconnect it at any time. We only ever receive what that authorisation grants, and only for shops that granted it. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Etsy, Inc.
Artwork you send us
Artwork stays yours. By uploading it you confirm you have the right to have it printed, and you permit us to print, store and reprint it in order to fulfil your orders. We will not print anything unlawful or anything we believe infringes someone else’s rights, and we may decline a job on those grounds.
Deadlines and printing
Work is printed in scheduled runs, and the cut-off times for same-day dispatch are shown on the page where artwork is sent. Work arriving after a cut-off is printed on the next run. We check what is sent, but we print what we are given: a file that is the wrong size or the wrong artwork is reprinted as a new job.
Prices and invoices
Printing is priced by material and size, at the rates agreed with each shop. We invoice monthly for the work actually printed in that month. A month, once finalised, is a fixed record: corrections are made as a separate adjustment rather than by altering an invoice that has already been sent.
Rates can change. A change applies from the date it takes effect and never alters a month already billed.
Availability
We aim to keep the system available, but it is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. If it is unavailable, printing continues — send work or questions to matlucgroup@gmail.com and we will sort it out directly.
Ending it
Either of us can end the arrangement at any time. Work already printed is still invoiced, and work already sent to us is finished unless you ask us to stop. On request we return or delete your artwork, subject to the records we have to keep.
Responsibility
We are responsible for printing your work correctly and to the agreed specification, and we will reprint or credit work we get wrong. We are not responsible for losses beyond the value of the work in question, such as lost sales.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will tell the shops we work with before the change takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
